Ajey Nagar was born on June 12, 1999 and is 20 years of age. He is born and brought up in Faridabad, Haryana. He has completed his senior secondary education. During his 12th board exams, he got very nervous about his Economics exam and then decided to drop the year. He later gave his 12th exams via distance education. CarryMinati likes to keep his personal life very private.
At the mere age of 20, CarryMinati has over12 a million followers on YouTube. Originally named Ajey Nagar, Carry’s tryst with YouTube started at the age of 10 and by 16, the young YouTuber had decided to pursue video content creation as a career.
Over the years, he has successfully tried his hand at video game live streaming, diss tracks, parodies and comedy sketches. Nagar takes pride in admitting that with each passing year during his journey as a YouTuber, he has evolved, both in terms of the content he produces and as a human being.
Popularly referred to as ‘CarryMinati’, or just ‘Carry’,Ajey Nagar is known for his distinctive and energetic Hindi-language commentary. He is mostly engaged with making diss melodies, humorous satires, and comedy, aside from living to game.
He started to upload videos on YouTube when he was only 10 years old. At first, he uploaded videos where he performed mimicry of Sunny Deol and played computer games. CarryMinati is his unique YouTube channel, which has been active since 2014. In 2014, the channel’s name was AddictedA1 and Nagar used to transfer videos of computer game film alongside his reaction to the game. The channel was not very successful. In 2015, the Channel’s name became CarryDeol, on which Nagar posted a film of playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive while mimicking Sunny Deol. Subsequently, he changed the name of the channel to CarryMinati when he began ‘roasting people’. In mid-2017, Nagar began another YouTube channel called CarryIsLive, where he live-streams himself playing computer games.
Nagar is assisted by Anirudh Nagpal, who is his business manager. Along with their team, ajay nagar uses his Faridabad house as a studio for creating videos. As of May 2020, Nagar has earned the Silver, Gold and The Diamond YouTube play buttons. He became the first Indian Youtuber to get 7 million-plus likes within 36 hours of his video upload Youtube Vs Tiktok: The End.

This video became a web sensation as the YouTuber expressed his opinion about the feud that the video creators of the two platforms ( YouTube & Tiktok) had against one another. YouTube has deleted the video according to its harassment policy which is updated in December 2019 stating that they will not tolerate harassment.
