1. Jumping Jacks

  • Sets: 3
  • Reps: 20-30
  • Rest: 60 secs

Jumping jack target the following muscles:

Step 1: Stand straight with your feet together and hands on your sides. Jump along with raising your arms above your head and bring your feet apart.

2. Pistol or Single Leg Squats
