Find out if love really exists and what the signs of true love are. Discover the traits of a person who is truly in love with you and what to do if you think someone may be in love with you.

It’s a question that has been asked throughout history and across different cultures: does true love exist? What are the signs of true love?

The concept of true love has always been a popular topic for philosophers, poets, and songwriters. But does true love really exist?

So, Some people believe that true love exists because it is the most powerful force in the world. Others believe that some people are just more compatible with each other than others.

These differences in opinion have led to many different theories about what true love is and what it means to be in a relationship with someone with who you are truly in love.

Read the top 10 reasons that will show you whether true love exists or not and what are the signs of true love.

1. True Love is Not Demanding

A relationship is not about constant demands and expectations. It is about love, care, and understanding. True love does not expect anything in return. It just wants to see you happy and healthy.

People who are demanding in relationships are usually trying to find happiness outside of themselves. They want someone else to make them feel good about themselves again or they want someone else to take responsibility for their happiness.

2. True Love is Never Jealous or Possessive

It is not necessary for love to be jealous or possessive. True love is about two people being there for each other and supporting each other unconditionally. Its nature is to give, not to take away.

True love never feels the need to be jealous or possessive of their partner. It is not necessary for a relationship to be like that in order for it to work. Jealousy and possessiveness are not signs of true love, but rather fear of loss. True love is confident in its relationship with the other person.

3. True Love Allows You to Be Yourself

True love is the one that allows you to be yourself, without any judgments. It is the one that makes you feel safe and loved. It is the one that accepts your flaws and quirks.

It is not just about being with someone who makes you happy all the time. It is about being with someone who can make you feel better when things are not going so well. True love means being able to share your feelings with somebody, without fear of judgment or criticism.

4. True Love Comes Naturally

True love comes naturally. It is not something that we can force or fake. So how do we know if we are in love with someone? If you’re looking for true love can be found at any age.

Love is not something that comes easy for everyone. It takes time and effort, but the payoff is worth it. There will always be people who are unable to find true love because they are too busy trying to please others or they have unrealistic expectations for a partner.

5. True Love Makes You Feel Good, Not Bad

True love is about making someone feel good, not bad. It’s about accepting them for who they are and loving them all the same. It’s about knowing that no matter what happens, you’ll always be there to support each other and make each other feel loved.

In a study, researchers asked people to report their feelings on a scale of 1 to 10 after they had interacted with their partners. They found that those who were in a “true love” relationship reported feeling good, not bad.

6. True love is Not About Finding Yourself in Another

In today’s society, we are bombarded with messages of how love is the answer to all our problems. We see images of couples kissing, holding hands and living a perfect life together. But what if the idea of finding love in another person is a dangerous misconception?

Love is not about finding yourself in another, it’s about finding another to love you. When we look for someone who will complete us, we are not being honest with ourselves and with the other person. We set ourselves up for disappointment when we find out they don’t have all the qualities that we want them to have.

7. To Get Love, You Must Give Love

The first step to getting love is to give love. When we do something for someone else, we are giving them our love and they will want to reciprocate. The second step is to have a positive mindset. When we have a positive mindset, it will be easier for us to give and receive love.

When we are not feeling loved or accepted by others, we can feel anxious, depressed, and lonely. This is because when someone does not feel loved or accepted by other people, they might start questioning themselves and their worth as a person.

7. Real Love is Based on Friendship

In the past, people had to fall in love with someone else in order to express their feelings for them. But today, it’s easier for two people to just be friends first. This is because true love is based on friendship and trust.

In order to have a real love for someone, you need to have a deep understanding of who they are as a person and what they’re going through on a day-to-day basis. You can’t be in love with someone if you don’t know them.

8. Self Love is the Best Way to Find True Love

It’s not a surprise that self-love is important, but it’s also important to know how to love yourself. You can’t expect someone else to love you if you don’t even love yourself. And it’s not as hard as you think.

People often think that in order to find true love, they need to be perfect. This is not the case. You can find true love if you are not perfect. You just need to show love for yourself. If you are confident, then people will be attracted to you and this will lead them to fall in love with you.

9. True Love is Committed

True love is not an easy thing to find. It is a commitment that we make to ourselves and the other person. It is not just about the physical attraction or sex, but also about the emotional connection and understanding.

Love can be magical and exciting at first, but it takes work to make it last. Love requires us to put in effort and time, which requires commitment from both people.

8. True Love Lasts

True love lasts.

Love is a feeling that everyone has felt at some point in their life. Whether it is new love, old love, or just an infatuation with someone, the feeling of being in love is very strong and can be addicting.

The idea of true love that lasts is something that many people long for and it seems like the perfect scenario to find yourself in. However, finding true love is not easy and there are many factors to consider when looking for someone who will last forever.

Does True Love Exist? by Sandeep Maheshwari

If you’ve found yourself searching the Internet with terms such as, “does love exist?” or “is love real?” you might be questioning how you feel toward someone. But “love” is hard to define because, well, it’s rather ambiguous and we can all experience and express it in different ways.

Some of us might view it as something written in the stars or as mere lust and attraction, while others view it as an intense, powerful feeling or some chemistry they feel toward another person.

It’s an exciting feeling and something we all seem to strive for–but does it exist or is it a social contrast were made to believe is real?

To understand whether or not love actually does exist, we can look to science to see what happens to our bodies when we experience this feeling we all refer to as love. If love does exist, this is what’s going on in our bodies when we have that intense feeling.

1. It’s in Your Brain, Not Your Heart

Contrary to what we like to say and believe, the feeling of love doesn’t occur in our hearts, at least scientifically. Instead, it happens in our brain when we release hormones (oxytocin, dopamine, adrenaline, testosterone, estrogen, and vasopressin) that create a mix of feelings: euphoria, pleasure or bonding.

Our emotions exist in our brain’s temporal lobe, inside its limbic system, with the amygdala at its center. This is where our brain processes hormones and release emotions, such as fear, anger, desire and love.

Some people refer to oxytocin as the “love hormone” because of how it’s associated with feelings of attachment and bonding.

2. Love is Similar to Addication

Some scientists compare falling in love to the experiences a drug addict endures because of the similar levels of dopamine released. When you fall in love, your brain releases the hormone and you feel a rush similar to the kick one receives when taking a hit of cocaine.

Like cocaine, your brain becomes addicted to the rewarding feeling of “love” and wants to keep the source of it around, hence why you might fall deeply in love (or infatuated) with another person. And if you were to lose someone you love or experience a breakup, your body will experience withdrawal.

3. So Does Love Exist?

Love is hard to define because what some people call to love others call infatuation. While some say is a biological construct we’re all born with, others say that love is a social construct designed by the media.

The scientific study of love is still ongoing, as there hasn’t been any hard evidence to determine whether or not love is, in fact, real–or that it’s just made up and merely exists in our minds. But, what we can say is that when studies are conducted on these feelings of love, researchers do find that parts of our brain and its reward system are active.

So, Big Yes!! , true love exists.

How can you say that you are in true love with someone?

This is a very tough question to answer. Actually, science hasn’t invented any instrument that can measure how much you love someone otherwise my score would be high. But I try to explain my feelings and what I feel and do for her.

  • Selfless: True love is never selfish. I give privilege to her thought.
  • Unconditional love: I seen last time her when I came to Patna for giving interview of MAHE(smart-100) just like super-30 on 28th June 2010 after passing 10th class. After that I never seen her for six years, and I didn’t interact to her much. But I loved her without knowing that what she feels about me. I loved her without knowing that how she looks like now. I love her because I believe her soul is made for me and my soul is for her. This is because I only feel the pain of my soul.
  • Many hours are spent thinking about her, particularly, the way I want life to be with her.
  • I visit daily their facebook, instagram, quora profile.
  • I read very carefully their facbook’s favourite quote, about her, instagram’s bio.
  • When I leave any message to her, I open facebook every five minute just to see her last seen and whether she replied to my text.
  • Romantic and painful songs become my favourite songs.
  • While taking to her I feel very blessed.
  • I never want to feel her bad.
  • Confidence, courage, and attitude become my best costume to get her attention.
  • I am learning something from her. By the way I started loving myself too.

The only above-written point can’t be the end of feelings because this is the pain and feeling of the last seven years.
